You can return your item to London Diamond Online for either an exchange with a different item from our collection or request a refund. At London Diamond Online we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your product to return your item. This 14 Days time starts from first delivery attempt made by our Courier.

Returned goods must arrive back to us within 14 days. 

Please Note: Bespoke & made to order pieces are Non Returnable. This includes any change requested by the customer such as length, colour, engraving etc from original design. 

Please read further instructions below:

1. Delivery costs are non refundable. This is the cost of postage paid at the time of item purchase. Return item postage method and cost are buyer’s responsibility.
2. Once item has been received and worn, We do not accept any responsibility of it breaking or going missing. This falls outside of our return policy. Fine jewellery items must be worn with care, duty of which falls with the buyer. We only accept return when item is sent back with original tags and unworn. 

Polite Notice:  Tag removed and re-placed or placed in the box is still classed as 'tags removed' and therefore this return will be rejected by our workshop. Tags must be placed as the original item sent. 

Please read below some special item conditions and care.

Piercings Jewellery:

We accept returns on all piercings jewellery except Belly Piercings and Tongue Bars, as long as the tags are attached and items are in original condition as sent. 

Chains under 4g:

Chains under 4g in weight are delicate piece of jewellery, upon arrival, please check your chain as any breakage caused after chain has been worn will not be treated as defect.

Silver Flexible Bangles:

Silver is a soft metal and Flexible bangles do adapt/change their shape according to how it’s worn, how often it’s opened and closed,  therefore it’s not deemed a defect. Bangle can be gently pressed back to its original shape.  

Gold Plated Pieces:
Gold plated items must not be exposed to water, perfumes or any liquids that cause plating to be damaged. Upon arrival please check your piece as any claims after it being worn for plating wear off will not be accepted as defect. We do however offer replating at cost. 

Metal colour change:

Silver and Gold are metals just like any other metal and change colour over time. Other factors such as their exposure to water, sun etc also plays a part. This is metal characteristic and not a defect. Items can be re-polished at cost to resume their original colour. Example: 9ct gold, due to 375 gold purity changes colour quicker than 18ct, 750 purity gold. 

 

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item. However, Items sent back to us without first formally requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must abide by these conditions;

1. The item has not been worn, with no signs of use or damage i.e. scratches, dents and other defects. Item tags must be intact. 

2. Returned items must be placed in their original packaging, with the receipt, valuation certificate or proof of purchase. Tags if removed from the item and placed in packaging will not be accepted. Item tag must be intact as placed by us. 

3. The product has not been modified i.e. resized or changed in anyway from its original state

4. The product is not a made to order or  custom-made product that has been designed and/or manufactured according to customer requirements
